Founded in 1993, Florida Commercial Brokers Network offers a vehicle for independently owned real estate brokerages to exchange leads and market information, which in turn provides more value. Partner firms also share current technology, business practices and property portfolios. Pooling of resources, quarterly meetings and monthly teleconferences among partners often result in joint transactions.
