Founded in 1993, Florida Commercial Brokers Network offers a vehicle for independently owned real estate brokerages to exchange leads and market information, which in turn provides more value. Partner firms also share current technology, business practices and property portfolios. Pooling of resources, quarterly meetings and monthly teleconferences among partners often result in joint transactions.
Proven Results.
Through 2000, Florida Commercial Brokers Network partner firms conducted more than $35.3 million in inter-company transactions, reflecting sales, leases and relocations. These joint deals included hotel, mixed-use, office building, restaurant and shopping center properties as well as vacant parcels.
We've Governed the Market.
Florida Commercial Brokers Network counts among its partners both current and past mayors, county commissioners, planning and zoning representatives and city councilmen.
