FCBN Partner Aaron Bosshardt Installed as 2018 IREM Regional VP

New leadership was installed at the IREM® Global Summit in Chicago, IL this week. Aaron Bosshardt, CPM®, CCIM, of Gainesville, FL, is the 2018 Regional Vice President for Region 4, encompassing Florida and Georgia. Bosshardt is also President of Bosshardt Realty Services, LLC, a full-service real estate firm specializing in all forms of commercial and land transactions and investments including office, retail, industrial and multifamily. They have offices in Gainesville and Ocala, FL.

 

Bosshardt started in real estate sales in 1996 and transitioned into managing sales associates in 2003. He moved into commercial real estate by obtaining the two most coveted designations in CRE, earning his CPM® in 2008 and his CCIM in 2015. Bosshardt has served as the Legislative Chair for the Central Florida Chapter, as well as their President in 2012. Nationally, he served as Chair of IREM’s Legislative and Public Policy committee from 2014-2016.


In addition serving as an officer of Florida Commercial Brokers Network, Bosshardt dedicates time to serving on the state board of the Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS), which serves children and their families through counseling, foster care, adoption and child welfare, as well as the Advisory Board of Partners in Adolescence Lifestyle Support (PALS).
