Selby Realty, Inc., located in Daytona Beach, Florida, was founded in 1991 as a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm serving central Florida. The firm provides brokerage, auctioneering and consulting services to a wide range of clients including individual investors, lending institutions, major corporations, non-profit organizations and government entities. Selby Realty has extensive experience in investment, retail, office and land properties.

Selby Realty has been hired by a publicly traded corporation to locate automobile dealership properties throughout the Southeast United States. The company also specializes in manufactured housing, having brokered the sale of several mobile home parks. In addition, Selby Realty has sold millions of dollars of real estate via the auction method of marketing and stands ready to appraise the viability of selling any property via public auction.

Dwight C. Selby, CCIM, GRI, president of Selby Realty, Inc., is a Florida licensed real estate broker and has been actively selling real estate since 1988. In 1988, Selby was awarded the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation from the National Association of Realtors. In 1992, he earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Brokerage. Our Brokerage Team specializes in marketing commercial, investment and industrial property to assist investors, owners and users in the disposition and acquisition of real property.

Leasing. Our Leasing Staff assists landlords in filling their vacant space in office, retail and industrial properties.

Property Management. With nearly 400,000 square feet of commercial and investment property under management and/or lease, Selby Realty is one of the premier commercial property management and leasing companies in the Daytona Beach area.

Development Services. From coordinating the zoning approval, comprehensive land use amendments, design, engineering, construction and tenant build-out, Selby Realty offers turn-key development services.

Investment Groups. Selby Realty has organized, managed and participated in an investment group which has acquired and developed vacant commercial land, completed a build-to-suit, perfected a 1031 tax-deferred exchange, and acquired and managed a multi-tenant income property, turning $80,000 of equity into over $1 Million in Net Worth in two years.

Auctioneering. Over the years we have sold millions of dollars of real property via the auction method of marketing real estate. We can readily analyze if the auction method is appropriate for your property.

Consulting. Consulting and analytical services are offered on a predetermined per project or hourly basis.
