As part of an FCBN tradition, Phil Spinney of
Magic Properties & Investments spends a few minutes sharing with the
group about himself at our Annual Awards Dinner on Thursday evening.
Mike Shelton, also of Magic Properties & Investments was also chosen to
spend a few minutes telling the group about himself at the Thursday
evening dinner.
Adam Rathbun of
SouthTrend Realty was awarded both the Firm of the Year Award and
the Partner of the Year Award. This was the first time in FCBN
history that the same person has received both awards.
Cynthia Shelton, Director of Investment Sales at
Colliers International, spoke to the Partners during our Friday luncheon
about Commercial Real Estate in 2010.
