Firms joining Florida Commercial Brokers Network as partners receive many of the association's benefits, including access to marketing tools, professional development, and networking programs. Partners are also granted geographic exclusivity in their principal market area, entitled to voting privileges and stock ownership and play an active role in the association.

With partnership in Florida Commercial Brokers Network, firms are entitled to press releases announcing their transactions prepared by the association's Orlando-based public relations and marketing firm, Bennett & Company Marketing. Bennett & Company forwards these releases to targeted business and consumer media in the partner's market, as well as national trade media, and also organizes Florida Commercial Brokers Network's quarterly meetings.

Partners receive exposure in joint advertising and on Florida Commercial Brokers Network's website at www.flabrokers.com.

PARTNER

Defined as full partners who may take advantage of the entire range of Florida Commercial Brokers Network partnership benefits, partners are commercial real estate brokerage, property management and leasing companies located in the United States. Partners have complete geographic exclusivity for their region.

AFFILIATE MEMBER

Affiliate membership is available to specialized companies related to the real estate industry, but not directly dealing in commercial real estate brokerage, property management and leasing. Affiliate members may include, but are not limited to attorneys, engineers, land planners, architects, appraisers, property inspectors, environmental companies and mortgage companies.
