Oxford Land Company serves Oxford and Sumter Counties in Florida specializing in commercial, agricultural, industrial and residential brokerage.

Founded by Reggie Caruthers in 1996, Oxford Land Company is located in the fifty-year old former packing house of family-owned Caruthers Produce.  The site was acquired by Reggie’s grandfather in 1913 and his family dates back to the 1840’s in the Oxford area.  Oxford Land Company’s specialty, as the name implies, is land but we also provide services in all aspects of real estate brokerage.
