Commercial Consultants Corporation (CCC) was established in 1973 as a vehicle for commercial and industrial development in the North Florida Area.  CCC specializes in the development, management and brokerage of general commercial office, retail and industrial and general warehouse buildings and land.

The face of Tallahassee includes many CCC buildings such as the Department of Corrections, State of Florida 300,000 sf building, and the Northwood Mall redevelopment (now Northwood Center).  These projects were conceived, developed and/or managed by CCC.  The development of free standing Retail TELCO sales offices continues in Tallahassee and most Southeastern states for such tenants as Alltel, US Cellular and Hargray Wireless.

The ability to accommodate the needs of the corporate tenant in existing CCC owned facilities makes using CCC for all real estate needs, an efficient and positive process.
